Multifunctional Mid Water Reducing Additive PKT™ Series
PKT™ admixtures are multifunctional, midrange water-reducing admixtures added to concrete during its preparation. They increase the workability of the concrete and control over slump maintenance during transport, with an additional reduction in mixing water of between 4 and 6%.
They provide high final strengths due to their high water-reducing effect and control over the initial hydration of the cement. Furthermore, the multifunctional PKT™ is used to optimize cement consumption in concrete , improving its durability and properties in the plastic state.

PKT™ Series is a multifunctional, chloride-free, mid-water-reducing admixture for use in ready-mixed concrete. It is specifically developed for concretes produced with composite cement in hot climates, offering increased final strength and less effect on setting time retardation.

What are the advantages of using the PKT™ Series multifunctional water-reducing mid additive?
PKT™ multifunctional water-reducing admixtures were developed to meet the needs of a wide range of mineral-added composite cements. The main advantages of their use are listed below:
Water reduction of more than 15% in typical concrete mixes, resulting in increased compressive strength at 7 and 28 days;
Recommended for use as a line additive in batching plants and general infrastructure projects with a compressive strength (fck) of 30 MPa or higher to provide the greatest gains;
It allows for greater use of artificial fine aggregates as a replacement for natural sands ;
Controlled grip, allowing for proper application with optimal productivity ;
Wide dosage range allowing the production of various concrete families without altering the mortar content, only with variation in the additive dosage;
Chloride-free additive, eliminating any risk of corrosion of the reinforced concrete reinforcement due to the additive's influence;
