NovaCure Water-Based Healing Membrane

NovaCure chemical curing membrane is a concentrated liquid product based on hydrocarbons, specially developed for use on concrete and mortar surfaces to form a protective layer against water loss through evaporation. Yield between 5 and 6 m²/L depending on climatic conditions.

NovaCure is a white, aqueous emulsion-based concrete curing membrane . It meets the specifications of ASTM C 309 type 2 class A.

It is used to cure concrete or mortar; the film that forms retains the water present in the fresh concrete and mortar, preventing excessive shrinkage due to drying, thus allowing the elimination of shrinkage cracks.

It allows for effective control of concrete curing, reducing costs and labor by eliminating the need for daily curing with water or pathologies associated with inefficient curing.

It maintains its protective layer even in hot climates and under direct solar radiation ; after the film forms, it is resistant to occasional rain.
