LiVi 365 is a ready-to-use, biodegradable, liquid dust suppressant. Specially developed for projects with high productivity demands and reduced environmental impact . High yield, approximately 1.0 to 2 m²/L, depending on track conditions, traffic, relative humidity, and ventilation.

LiVi 365 additive is a ready-to-use biodegradable chemical agent , applied by tanker truck directly to pavement with a high concentration of dust. It forms a surface membrane that binds fine particles, keeping them in the soil even after the water in their composition has evaporated.

It provides greater control over the generation of airborne particulate matter in high-traffic areas, such as pavements and runways of construction sites and mining operations , among others.

Furthermore, the LiVi 365 dust suppressant reduces the water consumption used for wetting this purpose . Preliminary studies have demonstrated reductions of approximately 50 to 70% in water usage for dust control. After application, there is no need to wet the roads during the period it remains active, generally observed by the darker tone of the areas treated with LiVi 365.

LiVi 365 is used on roads and runways with high dust levels, in the following applications:

Control of suspended particulate matter in:

  • Tunnels;

  • Access routes;

  • Piles of minerals;

  • Galleries;

  • Treadmills;

  • Loading and unloading of wagons and ships.

  • Easy application . Directly with a water truck using a distribution screed on the road;

  • Product manufactured domestically, biodegradable and with low environmental impact ;

  • Once applied diluted in a 1:1 ratio, depending on the need, it forms a uniform membrane that controls dust generation;

  • Effective even on roads with heavy traffic and large vehicles;

  • No wetting is required after application. Avoid wetting the surface after application.

  • A membrane forms 15 to 30 minutes after application, on average;

  • Robust product for use in diverse climatic and topographical conditions;
