Nanokem Colloidal Activated Silica

Nanokem is composed of stabilized nanoparticles in colloidal form for special applications in civil construction and mining. It promotes increased durability in concrete due to its pozzolanic properties , and also acts as a nucleating agent in the cement hydration process.

Sílica ativa coloidal Nanokem

É um material com nano partículas de sílica presente na fase amorfa com diâmetro médio entre 5 e 10 nm (10.000 vezes mais fina que o cimento em média) e área específica entre 150 e 250 m²/g composto por partículas coloidais.

Sílica ativa coloidal: bombonas 50 L ou 200 L

Tamanho médio de particula: 1 a 5 nm

Liquido com teor de sólidos de 30%

Índice de atividade pozolânica com cimento Portland: > 105 (aos 7 dias)

Na2O: < 1,5%

Estabilidade: maior que 6 meses na embalagem original

What are the advantages of using Nanokem colloidal activated silica?

Among the main advantages of using colloidal silica fume in concrete, the following stand out:

  • Locations where dosing silica powder is difficult or where dust formation is restricted;

  • The need for special properties combined with the use of polycarboxylates from the Hyperkem line;
